Presentation of the manuscripts

– ABSTRACTS’ CHARACTERISTICS

The corresponding abstract of the work done must be submitted. It must include:

  • Title of article in Spanish and English.
  • Name of the author/s of the article, together with their professional description and e-mail address (according to the template), it is recommended to add the ORCID code.
  • Abstract of the article, both in Spanish and English (150 to 250 words) (the objectives, methodology, brief presentation of the results and conclusions of the work should appear in the asbtract).
  • Keywords, both in Spanish and English (6 to 10 words).
  • Bibliographic references used to carry out the work, following the regulations of the American Psichological Association in its 7th edition (APA regulations).

 – CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPLETE TEXT

  •  The complete articles, which will be unpublished, will have a maximum length of 5,000 words, including bibliography, although shorter extensions will be appreciated.
  • Its title must be expressed in Spanish and English.
  • Papers must be written in Spanish or English.
  • Each work must be preceded by a abstract (which will have been presented previously), in Spanish and English (150 to 250 words), and 6 to 10 keywords in both languages.
  • The inclusion of charts and graphs that support theses developed and defended in the article will be valued. All of them must be in editable format (e.g., .xlsx).
  • The name of the author/s must appear on the first page, next to the academic degree and institution where it was obtained, current company or institution and the email. The ORCID must be included.
  • The references will go to the end of the work under the heading Bibliographical references. For this, it is always necessary to follow the APA regulations.
  • Articles with spelling errors will not be accepted. The contents of the writings must be carefully reviewed before sending.
  • Originals will be sent in “Word” or compatible format and in color.
  • The images of the publication will be sent in jpg format.

– POSTERS’ CHARACTERISTICS

According to the points developed in the article, they have been presented in the poster in a simplified way, where the key ideas of each of the parties are presented.

The poster must include:

  • Title
  • Authors and small biography
  • Introduction
  • Development
  • Conclusions
  • Bibliographic references

The poster display will be vertical, sent in .jpg, .png or similar format, and with a size of 80 cm wide by 100 cm high. The poster must be built on a single sheet.

You should use an Arial typeface with a size that results in proportion to the size of the poster (Arial 32 is recommended), and in no case can footnotes be inserted.

All contributions received will be subject to peer review by the Scientific Committee, thus ensuring quality and rigor in the evaluation processes. For the present event, all the elements that constitute the communications presented will be examined, following the criteria described for it.

The results of the evaluations will be communicated via email to their authors.

– VIDEOS’ CHARACTERISTICS

  • The duration must be between 5 and 10 minutes.
  • The weight of the file cannot exceed 1GB.
  • Preferably light formats like .mp4, .mkv,…

All contributions received will be subject to peer review by the Scientific Committee, thus ensuring quality and rigor in the evaluation processes. For the present event, all the elements that constitute the communications presented will be examined, following the criteria described for it.

The results of the evaluations will be communicated via email to their authors.
